摘要
为推动营销工作向客户为中心转变,利用先进的信息技术,结合冷轧特点,提出了客户关系与电子商务系统的设计方案。对该系统的建设目标、结构设计、功能设计、接口设计等进行了详细阐述。该系统实施后实现了对营销工作售前、售中、售后的全面管理,为客户提供了良好服务,形成了良好的客户关系,直接降低了营销与沟通成本,实现了企业与客户的双赢。
Characterized by cold rolling,a designed plan for customer relationship and electronic commerce system is proposed with advanced information technology to promote marketing to transform towards customer orientation.The paper expounds the establishing goal,structure design,function design and interface design of the system.After implementation,the system achieves overall management of pre-sales,in sales and after sales,provides good service for the customer,establishes good customer relationship,directly reduces marketing and communication cost and achieves win-win between the enterprise and the customer.
