摘要
叙述了日本崛场EMGA-620W氧氮分析仪测定钢中氧氮含量的应用过程。对测定结果不稳定原因进行了分析和研究,通过对仪器状态、取样、制样等进行改进优化后,保障了测定结果稳定性,为冶炼工艺提供了更准确的依据,保证了最终产品的质量。
The paper describes the application of measurement and determination of oxygen and nitrogen content in steel by Japanese Horiba EMGA-620W oxygen and nitrogen analyzer.The uncertain reasons of measurement result are analyzed and studied.Optimization measures were taken on instrument condition,sampling and sample preparation.The measurement result stability was ensured and more accurate basis provided for melting process.Hence,finish product quality was guaranteed.
