摘要
本文介绍、分析上海中医药大学对《卫生法学》课程的教学探究与尝试:教学开展尝试以案例教学为主,综合运用多种教学方法,让医学生在有限的课时数内,学会运用法律思维分析、判断医药卫生领域出现的各类法律问题。
This paper intends to introduce and analyze the teaching exploration and attempts in Health Law courses in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine： they try to give priority to case teaching in Health Law courses, and let medical students learn to analyze and make judgements on all kinds of legal problems in the field of medicine and health by legal thinking in the limited class hours by integrated use of a variety of teaching methods.
