British＇s ＂National Health Service＂ （NHS） system is experiencing the most significant reform from its establishment. After a lot of disputes with several twists and turns, the new Health and Social Care Bill was finally passed. Yet its effect is to be proved. From the process of the reform of NHS system, we can get some useful enlightenment for our medical reform which is advancing a new round in China.
