提升人才培养质量视角下硕士专业学位研究生试点工作机制探讨

A Study on the Mechanism of Pilot Work of Professional Master's Degree from the Perspective of Raising Personnel Training Qualities

基于提升人才培养质量的视角,分析学士学位授予单位开展培养硕士专业学位研究生试点工作的意义;突出试点工作人才培养目标和硕士专业学位研究生教育特点,从创新培养模式、优化资源建设,强化过程管理等方面探讨专业学位试点工作的运行机制。试点学校通过这些机制的开展,可以保证试点工作有效开展,促进人才培养质量的提升,进而实现以质量提升谋求内涵发展的战略目标。

From the professional master perspective of raising the qualities of personnel training, this paper studies the significance of pilot work of s degree carried out by schools and departments which can award bachelor degrees. The primary focus is on the personnel training objective of the pilot project and education characteristics of professional master＇s degree. Further- more, the underlying mechanism of this project is discussed in terms of innovating training mode, optimizing resources, and strengthening process management. This mechanism can help the pilot work run effectively, raise personnel training qualities, and thus help achieve the strategic target of stimulating connotation development by improving qualities.
