高校学生事务工作在卓越工程师的培养中发挥着举足轻重的关键作用,但受传统思想及现行制度的约束,我国当前的学生事务管理与卓越计划人才培养通用标准之间存在的显著矛盾。为保障"卓越计划"的顺利实施,我国高校的学生事务管理亟需从理念、定位、教育与引导内容和管理方式方法等全方位变革。
