踝关节骨折96例治疗体会

Treatment exeperience of 96 cosesof ankle fracture

目的:通过对96例踝关节骨折患者随访,总结踝关节骨折治疗体会。方法:对96例患者采用切开复位内固定治疗,其中男性56例,女性40例,术后石膏固定,规范功能锻炼。结果:成功随访96例,随访时间14个月至4年,平均25个月。应用Baird-Jackson评分系统进行手术效果及功能评定,优80例、良12例、中4例,无差病例。优良率达到95.8%。结论:踝关节骨折后诊治过程中达到解剖复位、进行规范化功能锻炼对踝关节功能恢复有着重要意义。

Objective：We have followed up 96 cases of ankle fractures to investigate the surgical treatment of malleolar fracture. Methods： We took 96 cases diagnosed as malleolar fracture. All patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. There were 56 cases men and 40 cases women. Standard functional exercise was introduced and piaster external fixation was employed after operation. Results ： 96 cases were all followed up for 14 months to 4 years with a mean of 25 months. The postoperative rehabilitation was assessed by modified Baird-Jackson scoring system. The results showed that excellent in 80 cases, good in 12 cases and fair in 4 cases, no bad cases. Excellent and good rate was 95.8%. Conclusion： Anatomical reduction was very important for ankle fracture treatment. Standard function exercises have great significance on the ankle functional recovery.
