温针灸配合中药内外合治慢性盆腔炎34例

34 cases of Warm Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for Internal and External Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:探讨温针灸配合中药内外合治治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将68例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组34例,治疗组采用温针灸配合中药内外合治法治疗,对照组采用中药口服治疗,治疗两周后,将两组治疗前后所得的数据,分别进行统计学处理,得出结论。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.2%,对照组总有效率为76.5%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸配合中药内外合治治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效好,是一种见效快、痛苦小,疗效显著,无任何副作用的良好方法。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of using Warm acupuncture and Chinese medicine to internal and external treat of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 68 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each treatment group including 34 cases. The treatment group was treated by the warm acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine, while the control group was orally treated with traditional Chinese medicine. After two weeks of treatment, data obtained from the two groups before and after treatment was statistically processed and got the results. Results： The total effective rate was 97.2% in the treatment group, while 76.5% in the control group, so there was significant difference （P 〈0.05） of the total effective rates between the two groups. Conclusion： warm acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine to internal and external treat of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, is a quick, little pain, a significant effect, no any side effect ~ood way.
