摘要
目的:调查我院产科门诊孕中、晚期妇女的膳食状况,为指导孕妇合理膳食,提供科学的依据。方法:随机抽取该院160例孕中晚期妇女作为研究对象,运用24小时回顾法调查其连续3天膳食状况,包括食物种类和数量,摄入时段,并将调查数据录入围产营养系统软件,分别计算平均每日食物、营养素摄入量、三大营养素供能比和蛋白质来源,将所得数据应用spss17.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:孕妇膳食中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物供能分别占总能量的16%、26%、58%;粮谷类、豆类及豆制品、鱼虾类摄入不足的例数分别占研究对象的55.6%、56.3%、56.3%;水果类、肉类摄入过量的例数分别占研究对象的21.8%、22.5%。结论:孕中晚期妇女膳食总量基本满足生理需求,膳食食物种类少,结构不合理,三餐分配比例不合理。
Objective To provide suitable nutrient introduction for pregnant women, we studied the nutrient station of pregnancy at second and third trimester. Methods 160 samples were ~hosen randomly from pregnant women at second and third trimester. Continuous three days food supply were analyzed based on 24 hour retrospective investigation, including food type, amount and eating time. Average daily food taking, nutrition quantification and proportion and protein resource were calculated with specialized software. All date were analyzed by spss 11.0.Results Energy supply of pregnant women could be divided as protein(16%) fat(26%) and carbohydrates(58%).Cases of insufficient en- ergy include corn (55.6%) bean (56.3%) and seafood (56.3%). Cases of overtaking including fruits (21.8%) and meat (22.5%).Conclusion The amount of food intake was rather rational, but the category, construction and assimunent of three meals were not suitable.
