氮素对砷胁迫条件下辣椒生长·生理特性及砷含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]为了对辣椒无公害生产提供理论和实践依据。[方法]通过盆栽试验,研究在As污染土壤上,氮肥对丘北辣椒植株叶片数、株高、分枝数、生物量、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量和辣椒砷累积特征的影响。[结果]随着施氮量的增加,植株的生物量增加,有利于植株地上部分的生长;随着施氮量的增加,植株叶片中的叶绿素含量逐渐增加;植株丙二醛含量减少,As对植株的毒害作用减少;植株中的总砷含量表现出增加的趋势,300 kg/hm2氮素处理时辣椒的砷含量最高,为3.09 mg/kg。[结论]氮素的施用在一定程度上可能增加辣椒对As的吸收。 [Objective]The research aimed to provide the theoretical and pratical basis for the pollution-free production of chili.[Method] Pot experiments were conducted to research effects of nitrogen levels on leaf number,height,branches,bioass,chlorophyll content,MDA content and arsenic contents of chili under As contaminated soil.[Result] The results showed that the growth and biomass were improved with N application.Chlorophyll contents increased with nitrogen increasing.MDA content decreased with increase in rate of N application,which suggested that N could reduce the toxicity of As.The biomass and As content in chili increased with increase in rate of N application.Content of arsenic in chili with application of nitrogen 300 kg/hm2 was 3.09 mg/kg.The content of arsenic in chilli increased with the increase in rate of nitrogen application.[Conclusion] The application of N would increase the absorption of As to some extent.
