青海茶卡盐湖中极端嗜盐碱真菌分离的研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]为了从青海茶卡盐湖中分离极端嗜盐碱真菌。[方法]采用平板涂布、划线分离法。[结果]分离得到可培养真菌2株、细菌5株、放线菌3株。2株真菌均在第8天达到最大生长量。同时,对2株真菌的嗜盐碱性进行了研究。[结论]CF12-1在15%盐度时能生长,为极端啫盐菌;CF12-2在12%和15%盐度时停止生长,为中度啫盐菌;CF12-1与CF12-2在pH 10时均能生长,为极端啫碱菌。 [Objective] The research aimed to separate extreme halophilic and alkaliphilic fungi from the soil samples in Qinghai Chaka Lake.[Method] The spread plate method and streaking were adopted.[Result]Two fungal,five bacteria and three actinomyces were separated.The maximum growth of two fungal was appeared at the first eight days.The halophilic and alkaliphilic of two fungal were studied.[Conclusion] CF12-1 grew at 15% salinity was the extreme halophile.CF12-2 stopped growth at 12% and 15% salinity was the moderate halophile.CF12-1 and CF12-2 grew under pH 10 were the extreme alhallphiles.
