摘要
文中主要介绍了双水相技术的原理及影响双水相分配系数的因素,综述了双水相技术在萃取酶类、抗生素以及其他化合物方面的研究和应用,并展望了双水相技术的应用前景。
The principle of aqueous two-phase extraction technology principle and the factors affecting the aqueous two-phase partition coefficient were introduced.The research and application of aqueous two-phase system in extraction of enzymes,antibiotics and other compounds were reviewed.The application prospect was also forecasted.
