摘要
分析了江苏省水产品加工业以及其专业人才培养的现状,指出其中存在的不足。探讨了江苏省水产品加工专业人才的培养模式,强调通过加强水产品加工相关专业课程教育,鼓励参与科研攻关活动,积极参加科技服务活动,掌握上下游专业知识等措施,建立水产品加工专业人才培养模式,以促进江苏省水产品加工业的健康发展。
The status of Jiangsu aquatic products processing and talents training was analyzed,the problems were pointed out.Several countermeasures for establishing talents culturing pattern were put forward,such as strengthening relevant professional education,encouraging engagement in scientific research or service,mastering professional knowledge,so as to promote healthy development of Jiangsu aquatic product processing.
