我国现行法律就保障农民土地权益有较为详细的规定,但是存在诸多缺陷,如农地所有权主体模糊、土地产权权能残缺、土地征收法律规定不足等。这些问题都应在未来的立法或法律修改中加以解决,切实保障农民的土地权益。

China＇ s existing laws have detailed provisions on the protection of farmers ＇ land interests, but there are still a lot of defects, such as fuzziness of the ownership of farm land, incomplete empowerment of land property fight, law deficiency on land expropriation etc. These issues should be solved in future legislation or law amend- ment so as to effectively protect farmers＇ fights and land interests.
