经会阴改良前列腺穿刺活检的临床价值

摘要 前列腺癌是男性最常见的恶性肿瘤，其死亡率仅次于肺癌。穿刺活检是诊断前列腺癌的重要手段。笔者采用经会阴改良前列腺穿刺活检术，以提高前列腺癌的检出率，减少并发症。
