基于PLC控制的自动恒压供水装置的设计

摘要 本文根据供水系统存在的现实问题,采用西门子PLC和ABB变频器设计了一套自动恒压供水装置。该装置应用压力传感器模块完成数据的实时采集,并根据压力信号的大小,通过PLC及变频器自动调整泵的运行状态,实现供水系统的自动恒压调节控制、过流过载保护、手动/自动模式切换和自动增减水泵台数等功能。设计制作的样机已经在污水处理厂实施应用,经过5个月的现场运行,该装置具有良好好的可扩展性、灵活性和可靠稳定性。 In order to solve the instability problem of water pressure in traditional water supply system. This paper proposed a design of automatic constant-pressure water supply equipment. According to the pressure signal of pump, the equipment adjusts the state of pump automatically. And realized the functions of Automatic constant pressure water supply regulation control, over-current and over-load protection, manual / automatic mode switch and automatically increase or decrease the number of water pump station and so on. The prototype has been used in sewage treatment plants, field operation in stable condition. The field operation has better reliability and stability.
