摘要
分析了冰箱内胆塑件的结构特点与成型工艺,介绍了内胆凹模真空成型的结构、设计要点与模具工作过程,对模具型腔主体部分的设计进行了重点介绍。实践证明,模具结构合理、塑件质量满足设计要求。
The structure characteristic and forming process of refrigerator liner were was an- alyzed and the structure of vacuum forming cavity block of the liner as well as design points and the working process of die were also presented. The design of the main part of cavity block was emphatically stated.
