The specific requirements and material characteristics of the watchband were ana- lyzed and the mould structure was presented. According to the flash problem during the watchband forming process, the solution of repairing the mould was purposefully proposed. Since the mould was put into production, the quality of the watchband was recognized by the customers and the good economic and social benefits were obtained.
