摘要
根据斗齿零件的结构特点及技术要求,设计了斗齿闭式锻模。介绍了模具的工作过程及设计要点,解决了坯料的定位、出件等技术问题。经实际生产验证,模具大大提高了生产效率,提高了企业的经济效益。
According to the structure characteristics and technical requirement of the bucket tooth, the closed-forging die for bucket tooth was designed. The working process and de- sign points were presented in detail and the technology problems of blanks positioning and products pushing were solved. Production practice proved that the production efficiency was improved greatly as well as the economic benefit of enterprise by using the die.
