南堡油田海底管道勘测及问题管段治理

Submarine Pipeline Survey and Troubled Pipeline Section Treatment in Nanpu Oilfield

冀东油田利用人工岛和导管架平台对浅海油田实现了海油陆采,针对南堡1号构造铺设了7条海底管道,为了预防海底管道泄漏、排除生产隐患,对海底管道的埋设状况进行了摸底调查。采用声纳探测技术进行了勘测,发现部分海底管道存在裸露、埋深不足、悬空等问题,对于问题管段采取了抛石护坡、碎石覆盖和后挖沟填埋等治理措施,保障了海底管道的安全运行。

Jidong Oilfield adopts the way of producing offshore oil with land mode in shallow water.It has built artificial islands and jacket platforms and laid 7 submarine pipelines at Nanpu No.1 geological struc ture zone.In order to prevent pipeline leakage and eliminate hidden production troubles,the investigation us ing sonar to inspect the pipelines was carried out and problems such as pipelines exposed or suspended,insufficient pipeline buried depth were found.Then,the countermeasures including riprap protection of slope,gravel covering,post trenching and refilling were taken and the operation safety of the submarine pipelines was ensured.
