摘要
用ANSYS软件热分析程序建立了多年冻土地区储罐地基的轴对称有限元模型,采用焓法解决冻土相变问题,通过热分析得到了50年内任一月份地基的温度场。根据计算结果,分析了储罐地基各点在不同深度处地温的变化规律。然后,把热分析单元转换为结构分析单元,对附加应力和包含融沉的地基变形进行了计算。最后得出结论:本工程中油罐地基在50年的使用期间是不安全的,应该采取特殊的工程措施来保持地基稳定。
The thermal analysis program of ANSYS software is used to establish an axisymmetric finiteelement model of the oil storage tank subgrade in permafrost.First,the 'enthalpy method' is used to solve the phase-change problem.The ground temperature fields in every month of next 50 years are predicted by transient thermal analysis,the temperature variation at different depths of the subgrade is examined using the thermal analysis results.Secondly,the thermal elements are switched into structural elements,the stresses caused by the weight of the oil plus the tank are entered into the finite-element model and the additional stresses and subsoil deformations that include thaw settlement are calculated.Finally,the stability of the storage tank subgrade is evaluated based on related design codes.The conclusion is that the storage tank subgrade will become unstable in 50 years if no special measures are taken.
