摘要
针对自动喷砂除锈机伺服控制系统的设计要求,进行了机构的正逆运动学分析及非线性分析,在此基础上,提出了三闭环控制方案,并建立了控制系统的模型。利用MATLAB分析软件,对控制系统进行了仿真分析,并根据仿真分析结果进行了控制系统的应用试验。试验结果表明,自动喷砂除锈机伺服控制系统具有良好的运行特性,满足设备的各项要求。
According to the design requirement of the control system of the automatic sandblasting machine,the direct and inverse kinematics analysis and nonlinear analysis were conducted,and the three-loop control method was presented and the control system model was built based on the analyses.The control system was simulated using MATLAB analysis software,and application tests were made based on the simulation results.The results showed that the control system had fine kinetic characteristics,and the requirements of the automatic sandblasting machine were reached.
