新疆油田稠油污水处理回用蒸汽锅炉的跟踪研究

A Tracing Study on Reuse of Disposed Heavy Oil Wastewater for Steam Boiler in Xinjiang Oilfield

利用稠油污水处理后的净化水回用蒸汽锅炉在新疆油田是首次,由于其水质与地表水有较大的差异,因此净化水回用蒸汽锅炉是否会引起结垢与腐蚀是问题的关键,为此开展了一系列的跟踪研究。文章从净化水回用蒸汽锅炉的前期试验跟踪、垢的成分分析、水质分析、炉管腐蚀与结垢状况等方面论述了跟踪研究结果。

It is the first time to make use of purified heavy oil wastewater in the steam boiler in Xinjiang Oilfield.As the purified water quality is quite different from the surface water,there are a lot of ions such as Cl,SiO 2,CO 3 2and HCO 3 in the purified water.Whether these ions will cause scale buildup and corrosion in the steam boiler or not is a vital problem.Therefore a series of tracing studies is conducted.The study results are discussed with respect to the prophase test tracing,composition analysis of scale,water quality analysis,states of scale buildup and corrosion in boiler tubes.
