摘要
新一代航空发动机对测试传感器提出了新的要求,特别是能够在高温环境下正常工作的能力。现有的航空发动机测试传感器已经不能满足该条件,因此迫切需要发展新的技术。概述了可应用于航空发动机测试的新原理及新技术,如MEMS技术、光谱技术等,并详细介绍了燃油品质、温度、叶尖间隙、排放物检测等新型航空发动机测试传感器的一些进展及其发展趋势。
New sensing principles and technologies are needed to meet future sensor requirements, which cannot be fulfilled with current sensing principles and technologies, in particular the capability for operation in a high-temperature environment. New sensing principles and technologies are described as candidates for aeroengine measurement, such as MEMS technology and spectroscopy. The development of emerging aero-engine measurement sensors, such as fuel properties, temperature, tip clearance and emission species sensors is introduced.
