摘要
在电磁阀协同动作特性测试中,协同动作特性曲线特征点的准确提取直接关系到测试精度,乃至测试的成败。提出了一种基于最短距离法的特征点提取方法。该方法首先对特性曲线进行滤波处理,然后由该特征点附近的两个点构成一条直线,通过取这两个点之间的所有点到该直线距离的最大值,从而得出该特征点的准确位置。试验结果表明,该方法定位精度高,采用该法后电磁阀协同动作时间测量精度可达0.5 ms,满足测试标准要求。
In the test of the electromagnetic valve coordination acuon, me cnaractertion curve has a direct impact on the test precision of the entire hydraulic system, and even the success of the test. A new characteristic points extraction algorithm based on the shortest distance method is proposed. Firstly the characteristic curve is performed filter, then a straight line that the two points near the characteristic points is constituted. By taking the maximum distance of all the points between two points to the straight line, the ex act location of the characteristic points is gotten. The results show that this method has a high positioning accu racy, the accuracy of electromagnetic valve coordination action time can be up to 0.5 ms, which meets the test criteria requirements.
