摘要
针对等离子体垂直位移的快速控制特点,采用新型DSP器件TMS320F28335和AD7656,通过光纤传输PWM信号,开发了H桥式大电流快控电源的数字控制系统,给出了其系统方案和具体实现,以及各模块的特点。
Aiming at the rapid characteristics of plasma vertical displacement control, a digital control system of H-bridge high current fast control power supply is developed by using TMS320F28335 and AD7656. The PWM signals are transmitted through optical fiber. The system scheme and realization are given, as well as the characteristics of each module.
