核磁共振分析仪玉米全自动检测分选系统的设计

摘要 核磁共振分析仪在食品检测、种子含油率检测方面已经得到广泛应用。以此为基础设计了一个以Atmegal6单片机为核心的玉米全自动检测分选系统,系统由单粒选样、自动进样、自动称重、自动测量、自动卸样和自动分选等六个子系统组成。其分选速度和准确度都远远优于传统的人工分选,并且具有硬件电路简单、可靠性高、控制实时性好等优点。 Nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer has been widely used in food detection, seed oil content measurement. A corn automatic measuring and sorting system is designed, which is controlled by an Atmegal6 microcontroller. This system consists of six subsystems, such as single seed choice, autosampler, automatic weighing, automatic measurement, automatic unloading and automatic sorting. The sorting speed and accuracy of this system are much better than the traditional manual sorting, which has a simple hardware circuit, high re liability and good realtime control.
