在社会发展转型的过程中,国家领导者要想成功地实现思想转型,就必须解放思想,虚心读书学习,从自负的浮躁心态中,从那些过时的、错误的、片面的、狭隘的思想窠臼中解放出来;就必须学会和把握系统辩证思维的方法,从孤立静止的思维定式中、从主观主义的唯意志论中、从短视的实用主义的思维方式和形式主义中解放出来。唯此,才能更全面地认识问题,提升领导能力,成为合格的领导者。

In the process of social development transformation process, the state leaders have to emancipate the mind and read books and learn new knowledge as well as to get rid of the conceit mentality and free themselves from the outdated, wrong and one-sided mind, and they need to learn and utilize the systematic dialectical thinking to jump out of the isolated, static mode of thinking and subjectivism voluntarism, short-sighted pragmatism thinking and formalism in order that they could fulfill ideological transformation successfully and have a comprehensive view and enhance leadership ability and become qualified leaders.
