摘要
分析了在电石法生产氯乙烯过程中转化器泄漏的原因,提出了一种新的热水循环工艺,从而实现转化器热水自循环,达到节能降耗、提高转化器生产能力的目的。
The converter corrosion leakage causeson calcium carbide production of PVC process were analyzed, a new hot water circulation technology was put forward.Achieve converter hot water circulation, energy saving and improve production capacity of converter.
