摘要
目的 观察 4种自制的微波辐射器 ,在两种条件下热凝离体子宫内膜产生病理变化的范围及程度 ,为临床实施微波子宫内膜去除术提供依据。方法 收集 2 7例不同妇科情况切除的全子宫标本 ,随机分为两组。采用不同型号的辐射器 ,A组于宫腔左、右两区各热凝 4m in,B组于宫腔左 ,右 ,前 ,后 ,宫底区各转动热凝 3min。结果 B组较 A组可较好克服宫底部作用弱的缺点 ;A,B两组热凝的最大深度均为 6 m m ,涉及肌层最深为 4mm ;自制的 2 ,3号辐射器作用适宜。结论 微波热凝可引起子宫内膜破坏 ,在实施微波子宫内膜去除术时宜因人而异选择合适的辐射器 。
Objective To study the characteristics of four self designed radiators about their effects of microwave thermocoagulation on isolated endometrium of uterus,in order to lay some bases on microwave endometrium ablation in the living subject.Methods All 27 specimens of uterus were collected from different patients.They were divided into two groups.In Group A,the isolated endometria of uterus were coagulated for 4 min in two areas respectively.and in Group B, the endometria,coagulated for 3 min in five areas respectively.The thermocoagulation effects of several types of microwave radiators on isolated endometrium of uterus were evaluated by observing their pathological changes.Results The thermocoagulation effect in Group B was better than that in Group A.The former enhanced the effect or radiation,especially in the fundus of uterus.The maximal thermocoagulation depth was 5~6 mm and that in muscle was 4 mm.Radiators of type 2 and 3 were fittable for the operation.Conclusion Isolated endometrium of uterus can be destroyed when microwave thermocoagulation operation is executed.The wave length of microwave radiator and the number of areas for radiation must be regulated properly according to individual patient.
