摘要
本试验研究了外形尺寸为120mm×80mm×5.0mm的5A03铝合金薄壁管材生产工艺技术。避免了由于矩形管外形尺寸过大而产生的平面凹陷,从而生产出了尺寸精度高、平面间隙小、表面质量好的薄壁矩形管。
The production technology of 120mm × 80mm × 5.0mm cold- pulling rectangle tube has been investigated avoiding flat surface defect because of big rectangle of tube shape size. Produced tube size was accurate, the flat surface cleft is small, surface quality was high according to thin -wall rectangle tube.
