高炉炉缸死铁层部位形成"象脚状"侵蚀是影响高炉炉缸寿命的关键。形成"象脚状"侵蚀的根本原因是炉缸死铁层部位没有持久的渣皮覆盖以及碳砖抗铁水侵蚀能力差;其对策主要是在碳砖砌体热面增加保护层和改善碳砖的有关性能。
Elephant - like erosion of BF hearth is key to affecting life of BF hearth. The reason is the lacking of permanent slag cover on dead - iron - layer of the hearth, and the poor resistance of carbon bricks against hot metal erosion. The main countermeasures are adding a protecting layer at the hot side of the carbon bricks so as to improve properties.
