摘要
本文对八钢C高炉热风炉系统的设计和生产实践进行了总结,介绍了热风炉本体结构和管道主要设计方案,提出了高风温、长寿命的热风炉采取的设计理念和措施,并在投产后结合生产实际情况积极实践运用,确保热风炉达到设计目标。
In this paper, hot wind stove system design and production of the Bayi Steel BF C practice are summarized , the hot blast stove body structure and the main pipeline design are introduces with design concept and measures of high wind temperature and the long life of hot air stove take. In com- bination with positive practical application after the production, the design goal of hot wind stove is ensured.
