摘要
分析了非晶合金干式变压器优化设计中有关铁心截面的确定、空载损耗计算、空载电流计算和温升计算等问题。基于VB开发平台,设计了一套非晶合金干式变压器电磁优化设计软件。对该软件的优化设计结果分析表明,该软件能够提高工作效率、降低产品成本。
This paper analyzed the determination of iron core cross-section, no-load loss calculation, no-load current calculation and temperature rise calculation etc issues in the optimum design of dry-type transformer with amorphous cores. Visual basic (VB) development platform was used to develop a set of optimization design software for the dry-type transformer with amorphous cores. The analysis of optimal results in this software shows that the software can greatly improve the work efficiency and reduce the product cost.
