The working principle of 35 kV wind power box transformer substation was given. Introduction was made to product features of the box transformer substation from aspects of operation environment, load state and special components selection. This paper recommended the corresponding layout structure and component selection form, presenting actual cautions of product design and production processes, which avoids unnecessary mistakes and rework, and raises production efficiency and product quality.
