Home Product Stalloy Application Tracking Monitoring for Huge Power Transformer

变压器质量关系到电网的安全稳定运行,由于生产和运行经验不足,跟踪和监测国产硅钢片变压器生产运行情况具有重要意义。介绍了硅钢片分类、用途、性能及国内外高磁感取向硅钢的研发制造和公司系统推广应用情况,对使用国产硅钢片变压器的制造、试验、抽检、运行的跟踪监测进行了分析,给出了国产硅钢片在大型电力变压器的推广和下一步跟踪监测计划与建议。

Transformer quality is concerned with safety and stable operation of power network. Because of shortage of production and operational experience, it is important to track and monitor production running situation of home product stalloy transformer. Introduction was made to classification, purpose and performance of stalloy, as well as development and manufacture situation of high magnetic introduction orientation silicon steel at home and abroad and the system’s generalization and application in the company. Analysis was made to the tacking and monitoring of manufacture, test, sampling inspection and operation for home product stalloy transformer. This paper proposed to extend home product stalloy in huge power transformer and gave tracking and monitoring plan of next step and suggestions.
