摘要
针对传统的经验设计方法准确度低、研制周期长的不足,介绍了基于Abaqus软件的有限元方法在速动开关设计中的应用。利用该方法对某型速动开关的动作机构进行全过程的多体动力学仿真,对影响动作特性的因素进行了对比分析,确定了产品改进的关键结构参数。
Aiming at the shortage of low accuracy and long design-cycle of trial-and-error method, this paper introduced the application of finite element method based on Abaqus in the design of snap-action switch. Multi-body dynamics simulation was performed on the action mechanism of a type of snap-action switch. By the comparison of factors impacting on the action characteristics, the critical parameter for structural improvement was determined.
