摘要
运用专家访谈、电话访谈、参观交流、问卷调查4种方法对10家制造企业进行调研,对制造企业生产现场管理人才需求进行分析,并主要以层次性需求、知识结构需求、职业核心能力需求、专业能力需求、职业素养需求和任职条件6个方面为切入点,得出相关的岗位素质模型.
This thesis applies expert interview, telephoneinterview, visit and exchange, questionnaire survey to carry out corporate research. Regarding the hierarchy needs, de- mands for knowledge structure, career core competence needs and professional competence needs, job qualifications as the cutting points, the research establishes the modal of post competency model. The purpose of it is to provide ref- erence of developing related talent in university, and to solve the problem of existing the irrelevance between the specialty training plan and enterprise application.
