手法肌力检查法与Brunnstrom评估法相关性初探

A Preliminary Study on Correlation between Manual Muscle Strength Test and Brunnstrom Assessment

目的 对传统手法肌力检查法与现代康复评估法进行相关分析。方法 采用 L oveet肌力 6级法和Brunnstrom评估 6级对 30例偏瘫患者进行上下肢运动功能的评定。结果 两种方法对上下肢运动功能的评估具有相关性 ,上肢 r =0 .9777,下肢 r =0 .96 79,P<0 .0 0 1。结论 传统手法肌力检查法在康复评价中有一定实际意义 ,但在指导康复治疗中仍有局限性 。

Objective To analyse the correlation of the traditional manual muscle strength test and the modern relabilitation assessment (Brunnstrom assessment). Methods The motor function of the upper and lower extremities in 30 hemiplegic patients was assessed respectively by Brunnstrom assessment and Lovett's method.Results The two methods were significantly correlated in the assessment of the motor function of the upper and lower extremities (P<0.001).Conclusion In the rehabilitational evaluation , traditional manual muscle strength test is of clinical significance. But it has some limitations in directing rehabilitational treatment. The modern rehabilitational assessment , however, may direct the rehabilitational treatment correctly.
