摘要
目的 观察针药结合治疗“梅核气”的疗效。方法 针刺中脘、内关、合谷、太冲、足三里等穴结合口服药物 ,治疗 30例病人 ,并与单纯性针刺或口服药物各 30例进行对照。结果 针刺组与药物组及针药组的有效率分别为73.33%、6 0 .0 0 %、93.33% (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of globus hystericus treated by acupuncture and medicine. Methods Clinical results of 30 cases treated by acupuncturing points Zhong Wan(CV12), Nei Guan (P6),Tai Chong(LIV3), and Zu San Li(S36) in combination with medicine were compared with another 2 groups, each being 30 cases treated by either simple acupunture or by oral medicine only. Results The effective rates of acupuncture, medicine and acupuncture plus medicine groups were 73.33%, 60.00% and 93.33%, respectively. Their differences were obvious, P<0.05.Conclusion Results revealed that the curative effect of acupunture plus medicine group is better than that of simple acupuncture or medicine group.
