浅谈驮英水库灌区规划范围的确定

Determination of planning scope for Tuoying Reservoir irrigation zone

驮英水库灌区所在的左江旱片是广西三大旱片之一,区域内部条件复杂,外部受限制因素多。为充分利用区域有限水资源,使灌区效益最大化,有必要科学规划灌区的范围。论述了确定驮英灌区范围时如何与已有规划、与其它部门及灌区内其它水源工程衔接,充分利用已有渠系,以确保灌区经济社会可持续发展。

Tuoying Reservoir irrigation zone is located in the Zuojiang river drought area, one of the three major drought areas of Guangxi, where there exists complex internal conditions and much external limits. In order to make full use of the limited water resources within this area and bring the maximum benefits, scientific determination of irrigation zone planning scope is necessary. The author discussed how to converge the scope planning of Tuoying Reservoir irrigation zone with the existing planning, other departments, other water source projects within the irrigation zone, how to make full use of the existing canal system, so as to ensure sustainable development of economy and society in the irrigation zone.
