摘要
本文涉及高压全膜并联电力电容器制造领域,通过引入聚丙烯薄膜增厚率、空隙率以及薄膜—薄膜、铝箔—薄膜层间间隙等参数,给出了一种全膜电容器实际压紧系数的计算方法,对电力电容器的设计、制造有一定的指导价值。
In this paper, the manufacturing technology of all-film high-voltage shunt power capacitors is involved. Through introducing such parameters as thickening rate and porosity of polypropylene film and layer gap between the films and between film and aluminum foil, a calculation method of actual compression coefficient for all-film capacitor is given, which has a definite instructive value of the design and manufacture of power capacitor.
