摘要
对我国城市轨道交通建设采用BOT投资方式的全过程进行分析 ,指出存在的问题 ,提出一些对策和建议。
In the progress of urban modernization in China, urban rail systems are playing an more and more important role in the course of transiting passengers. This paper analyzes the process of the implementation of BOT method in the construction of urban rail systems. Some useful strategy and advice has been put forward according to the existing problems.
