摘要
根据应急管理,构建了外来生物灾害应急管理平台的总体架构,分析了外来生物灾害应急管理的信息结构,采用C++作为开发语言,设计实现了外来生物灾害应急管理系统平台,为外来生物灾害应急管理提供辅助决策服务。
This article according to the Emergency Management theory, building the overall architecture of exotic biological disaster emergency management platform, exotic biological disaster emergency management of the information structure is analyzed by using C ＋ ＋ as a development language, designed to achieve a foreign biological disaster e- mergency management system platform, as the alien organisms disaster emergency management decision support services.
