摘要
通过对国内院(所)资料室现状、优势和不足的分析以及国内外高校图书馆建制情况的分析,并结合山东大学的实际情况,探讨了资料室体制改革的模式和经验,提出了院(所)资料室通过体制改革的思路和建议。
This article discusses the ways and examples to improve and reform the faculty libraries based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the existing facilities in domestic and foreign academic institutions as well as our own practice at Shandong University.We will also outline a new proposal to re-organize the faculty libraries and trans- form it into a subject oriented system to meet the ever-changing needs of research and education
