中国环颈雉与其它禽类肌肉肌内脂肪含量比较分析

Intramuscular Fat Content (IMF) Analysis in Chinese Ring-neck Pheasants and other Avians

本试验以中国环颈雉、吉林黄鸡和AA白羽肉鸡为研究对象,采用索式提取法测定各品种腿肌和胸肌肌内脂肪含量,并加以比较分析。结果表明,中国环颈雉腿肌和胸肌肌内脂肪含量均低于吉林黄鸡和AA白羽肉鸡。

To Chinese ring- neck pheasants, Jilin yellow chicken and broiler as material, using sexhlet extraction method to study the content of IMF in thigh muscle and breast muscle. The results show that the contents of IMF in thigh muscle and breast muscle of Chinese ring - neck pheasant were lower than those of Jilin yellow chicken and AA broiler.
