中药煎剂对镇静催眠类药物中毒洗胃后的胃黏膜保护作用112例

Effect on Gastric Mucosal Protection Treating after Poisoning of Sedative Hypnotic Drugs with Gastrolavage by Chinese Herbs Decoction for 112 Cases

目的研究中药汤剂煎剂胃管注入对急性镇静催眠类药物中毒洗胃后胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法将112例镇静催眠类药物中毒后洗胃患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组为常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上应用中药煎剂经胃管注入。观察并比较两组的疗效。结果两组患者在消化道出血例数、胃部不适消失时间、平均留观时间等方面比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药煎剂胃管注入对镇静催眠类药物中毒有一定的胃黏膜保护作用。

Objective to explore the effect on gastric mucosal protection after gastrolavage by Chinese Herbs Decoction which is poisoned of sedative hypnotic. Method 112 poisoning of sedative hypnotic drugs patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. The control group took routine treatment,treatment group was gastrolavged by Chinese Herbs Decoction based on routine treatment. Observed and compared the curative effect. Result There is significant different on gastrointestinal bleeding digest cases, Stomach discomfort disappearing time,average observation time （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Clinical observations show that gastrolavage with Chinese Herbs Decoction has effective clinical effect on poisoning of sedative hypnotic drugs about gastric mucosal protection.
