旋转手法联合防旋汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病50例

Rotatory Manipulation Combined Fangxuan Decoction in the Treatment of Vertebral Artery Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨旋转手法联合防旋汤对椎动脉型颈椎病临床症状改善的有效性。方法将90例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,一组为治疗组,共50例,采用旋转手法联合防眩汤治疗;另一组为对照组,共40例,采用口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。治疗2周后对两组的临床症状改善情况进行评定。结果治疗组总有效率94.0%,对照组为75.0%,治疗组优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论旋转手法联合防旋汤能够显著改善椎动脉型颈椎病的临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effectiveness of rotational manipulation combined with Fngxuan Decoction on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in improving clinical symptoms.Methods 90 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group for the treatment group,a total of 50 cases,using rotating manipulation combined with Fangxuan Decoction;another group as control group,a total of 40 cases,with oral administration of Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule in the treatment of Two weeks after treatment in two groups of clinical symptom improvement evaluation.Result The treatment group total effective rate 94%,75% in the control group,the treatment group was superior to control group,compared the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Rotatory manipulation combined with Fangxuan decoction can significantly improve the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type clinical symptoms,worthy of clinical application.
