摘要 随着国内经济和城市建设事业的发展,在城市市区采用盾构法修建地铁区间隧道和各种公用隧道,任务日益繁重,为了避免由于盾构施工引起的地面变形给地面建筑和交通造成干扰,选择技术先进、经济实用的施工设备是至关重要的。盾构是软土地基隧道施工的专用设备,其中土压平衡系盾构是近30年来发展起来的一种技术先进的新型盾构机械,能适应从软弱粘性土到砂砾土范围内各种地层的隧道施工。 文章就土压平衡系盾构的基本构造、工作原理、类型、机械特征、操作控制模式以及工程应用等作了全面的技术综述。 With the development of economy and city construction, it is very popular to build the metro running tunnels and various utility tunnels by EPB method. To avoid the influence on ground buildings and communications by deformation due to shield construction, it is very important to select the advanced and economic construction equipment. Shield is the special one for soft ground tunnel construction, among which the EPB (Earth Pressure Balance) shield is a newly developed advanced shield machine in recent 30 years, and it is suitable for various kinds of ground from soft clay to gravel. This paper gives a comprehensive review on its basic structure, working principle, type, mechanical characteristics and operation control mode as well as its application.
