摘要
针对稠油、高凝油油田由于原油黏度及性质差异大,导致采油难度大的工艺特点,研究了双空心杆循环加热井筒降黏技术。采用同轴式双空心抽油杆内循环热传导加热方式,确保内循环的热载体不进入井筒,却能达到给井筒加热使稠油降黏开采的目的,同时又减少了污染和损耗。该技术在楚留油田应用后,有效地提高井筒原油温度,改善了井筒原油流动性,起到增加油井产量的效果。
Aiming at the characteristics of big viscosity of crude oil and nature difference in heavy oil and high pour point oilfield which cause the production difficulty,the paper studies the technology of cyclic heating well bore with double hollow rod to reduce viscosity, which applies a cyclic heat conduction heating mode by coaxial double hollow sucker rod, in order to ensure the circulating heat carrier does not enter the wellbore, but can come up to the wellbore and reduce the viscosity of viscous crude oil. At the same time it reduces pollution and loss. The technology can effectively improve the temperature, improve wellbore oil mobility, and increase the oil yield effect.
